How do I proceed through the check out process?
Select the products you like and add them in the shop to your cart. In the cart you can select proceed to checkout. Provide you delivery details (adress etc.) and select your payment option and pay. After payment we will proceed the order asap!
Can you ship your products anywhere?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipment costs are based on your location and are shown in the cart.
What is the typical delivery time of an order?
We ship within 1 working day, unless you have ordered customization which typically takes 2 days.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the major types of payment, including Creditcard, Paypal, Ideal and bank transfer. In case of payment via Paypal, creditcard or Ideal your order will be processed right away. In case of bank transfer the order will be processed after receipt of the payment.
How do I cancel an order or return an item?
How safe is my personal information?
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information. This information is used to handle your orders. We will not share your information to any external party, unless this is ordered by law.
Do I need to install special software to shop online?
No you do not need to install special software to shop. In order to shop you will need to register and provide adress details for the shipment.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
In case you have ordered products and did not receive an order confirmation please contact us at info@fivethreeseven.nl and send us a proof of payment (copy of bank transfer).
