If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Personalised items (items with personalised name or number or personal sponsor logos) cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Inform us within 30 days of your purchase that you want to return and which items you want to return or exchange. Please inform us by email to email@example.com
In case of an exchange please inform us which replacement products you would like.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us within 14 days after informing us of your wish to return, using the label provided.
- Your refund will be paid within 3 working days after receipt of the product by FiveThreeSeven.
- Your replacement product(s) will be shipped within 3 working days after receipt of the to be returned product.
- Customer is responsible for correct return. Lost or damaged returns will not be paid or exchanged.
